Main features
· There are two types of control boards for selction,that is ,Conventional type(to be controlled by push-button station)and Operator-Machine Interface type(to be controlled by operator-machine dialog).
· The master electric circuit is multi-point controlled by PLC,accurate and reliable,The main motor is controlled by adjustable frequency drive,so that is has wide range of stepless and smooth speed variation.
· The temperature control circuit is composed of intelligent temperature controller,sold-state relay,and thermocouple.The control of temperature is of high accuracy.The indication is clear and the controller is easy to set.
· The multi-point tracking and monitoring are realized by photoelectric switches,electro-magnetic proximate transmitters,enables a precise cutting position that means accurate pack length and reliable packing speed control.
· Two-directional intellectual tracking is used to increase the tracking precision and reduce tracking time,in order to reduce the amount of off-spec packs.
· The machine will be stopped at a predetermined position when stopped,so to prevent film from burning-up.
· Key electric components are all supplied by world famous manufacturers.
· According to the customers*demands,can add accessories:date and batch number printer,various automatic feeding machines,film winding device,angle-folding mechanism of packing bag,etc.
